Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our client to support payroll auditing and processing during an upcoming system migration. In this part-time, contract-to-hire position based near Boyertown, PA, you will assist the payroll team in reviewing driver pay, verifying trip documentation, and ensuring accuracy during the transition from Great Plains to ADP. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and eager to grow their payroll experience within a collaborative logistics environment.
Compensation:
$24 – $28/hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule:
Part-time, 20–25 hours per week. Flexible scheduling available; may work 3 full days or 5 half days per week.
Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator:
• Audit and verify driver pay data, trip sheets, and mileage records to ensure accuracy and compliance with established pay packages.
• Enter and validate time and mileage data within payroll systems to ensure accurate weekly processing.
• Collaborate with operations and payroll team members to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Assist with transitioning payroll processes from Great Plains to ADP, supporting data validation and process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information while organizing and digitizing payroll documentation.
Qualifications and Skills for the Payroll Administrator:
• Prior experience in payroll, payroll auditing, or timekeeping required; exposure to ADP systems preferred.
• Familiarity with transportation, logistics, or driver pay structures is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new systems such as TMW or Great Plains.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
