Creation of surveys and resources to support the interpretation of TA Policy.

Transfer of existing Qualtrics surveys to Microsoft Forms, provide administrative support for the GradTeach team.

Position Summary:
The CTL’s graduate assistant for TA Development and Recognition provides support to the Senior Assistant Director for TA Development and Recognition across various programs within the GradTeach portfolio, including coordination of specific TA resources, graduate student awards and recognition opportunities, and teaching development. Position is eligible for continuation in 2026-2027 academic year.
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification In Position:
• Doctoral Student
• Current or former Future Faculty Fellow
• Teaching or TA experience in higher education (preferably UGA)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Competencies :
• Practical knowledge of survey platforms (especially Microsoft Forms).
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools (e.g., Teams, Loop, Lists).
• Able to prioritize tasks effectively to carry out work in an efficient, timely manner.
