System Applications Coordinator, Resource Pool
Essential Job Functions
• Import and export data between the automated materials management system and Excel.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry to maintain system integrity.
• Prepare, generate, and distribute reports as requested by the Manager of Value Analysis.
• Provide general system support and assistance with supply chain projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
Special Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data sorting, and reporting functions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in supply chain management, healthcare systems, or data management preferred.
Schedule
• Resource/PRN (as needed); work hours and schedule may vary based on departmental needs.
