Telemetry RN Job Details
• Assignment Length: 14 weeks (October 6, 2025 – January 11, 2026)
• Location: Reading, PA 19611 (Pennsylvania nursing jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Med Tele (NSG N2S Med Tele Unit)
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Employment Type: Travel RN
• Hourly Pay Rate: $95/hr
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,990–$2,130
Registered Nurse Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state
• At least 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Ability to float to Med Surg units as needed
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Telemetry RN Responsibilities
• Deliver direct patient care on a busy Med Tele unit during night shifts
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to various Med Surg units within the hospital as required
• Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record system
