Job Description
• Expertise in capturing and derving spatial and tabular data from a variety of sources, including both hard copy and soft copy formats. There should be proficiency in leveraging data from both internal and external cloud environments, and have a strong understanding of data and system integrity to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of GIS data. Additionally, vendors should have competencies in leveraging ArcGIS Online to build applications and manage data.

• Cartography and mapping skills

Responsibilities
• Data Collection & Management:
• Gathering, organizing, and ensuring the integrity of geospatial data from diverse sources, including satellite imagery, aerial photographs, and GPS data.
Analysis
• Applying spatial analysis techniques to identify patterns, trends, and relationships within geographic data to provide insights and support strategic planning.
Mapping & Visualization
• Creating detailed maps, charts, and other visual representations to communicate complex spatial information effectively.
Database Development
• Building and maintaining spatial databases, ensuring data consistency, and managing metadata for proper documentation and usage.
Software & Tools
• Utilizing GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS), programming languages, and other relevant technologies to process and analyze data.
