The Schedule
A SNEAK PEEK AT THIS CAREGIVING OPPORTUNITY:
This caregiving position is part-time with flexible scheduling, including daytime and weekend shifts available. You'll serve clients in Berks County and the surrounding areas and will dispatch directly from your home each day. There is no requirement to report to a central location before beginning your shift.
Your Role
Each day as our Residential Caregiver - Personal Care Assistant, you'll visit clients in their homes to help with their daily living needs-from personal hygiene to preparing meals and running errands. You'll assist with mobility, remind clients to take medications, and help them attend appointments or enjoy a walk outdoors. You'll support their care plan, help with physical therapy exercises, and keep their environment tidy with light housekeeping. Whether it's offering companionship or responding quickly in an emergency, you are their daily source of comfort and safety-someone they can count on. Your presence will not only brighten their day but will also make independence possible.
Our Requirements
• Experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment assisting a client or family member (preferably 1 year)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Willingness to follow health and safety standards
• Willingness to learn and grow - training provided
• Takes pride in providing high-quality care
