Executive Assistant
LHH is seeking a highly organized and reliable Executive Assistant to support the Owner and Managing Partner of a hospitality company in Athens, GA. This role will oversee operations across six locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calendar Management: Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and appointments across multiple executives.
• Travel Coordination: Organize local travel logistics across six nearby restaurant locations. No overnight travel required.
• Appointment Scheduling & Meeting Coordination: Set up internal and external meetings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
• Light Bookkeeping: Assist with basic financial tracking and expense reporting.
• Office Operational Support: Help maintain efficient day-to-day operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in an administrative or executive support role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac products (candidate will receive a company laptop).
• Comfortable supporting multiple executives in a casual work environment.
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-location environments a plus.
