Lavender Pest Control is seeking team members to add to our team. We have been in the Pest Control business since 1977 and are continuing to grow. Applicant must be customer friendly, honest, service oriented, and dedicated to providing the best service possible. If you are a people person who enjoys interacting with the public, this could be a great opportunity for you. Applicant must be dedicated, trustworthy, and able to manage their time well with little supervision. Applicant must be able to pass an initial and random drug screens as well as a background check. This position will perform a variety of services provided for both residential and commercial accounts. Must enjoy working both inside and outside. Benefits include: company iPhone, company vehicle, matching retirement & available health insurance after 90 days. Monday-Friday, no weekends. Most average days are 8 am - 5 pm, with occasional days starting before 8 am and ending after 5 pm. Starting pay is $3000/month. Some services will be paid per service in addition to the regular salary. You can also add sales each month on top of your salary. As the route grows, so will your income.
