Job Description: Job Tittle : Filling Technician Duration: 12 Months Location: Athens, GA Manufacturing Operations Operates general manufacturing equipment operates under close supervision. Perform tasks in accordance with current GMPs, standardized procedures, and safety guidelines. Executes aseptic filling of vials under sterile conditions. Prepares and sterilizes vials, caps vials under non-sterile conditions. Provides general support activities related to vial filling. Operates equipment strictly following SOPs. Documentation & Compliance Maintains all associated documentation for operations performed. Requires strong documentation skills and attention to detail. Brings deviations in process protocols to supervisors’ attention. Reviews and records physical inventory of stock items. Supervision & Instruction Receives detailed instructions on all work. All activities are closely supervised and reviewed upon completion. Receives general instructions on new work, which are also reviewed upon completion. Requires minimal prior skills to perform tasks at this level. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for several hours to perform essential tasks. Requires lifting of up to 30–35 pounds. Work Environment & Safety Work may involve exposure to hazardous materials. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. Environmental conditions reflect typical manufacturing settings. Educational Requirement High School Diploma (HS Diploma) is required.
