This is a commission-only role with strong earning potential and immediate access to our systems, support, and leads. What We Provide: Company-generated leads and lead distribution system CRM and lead follow-up/nurture platform Training, mentoring, and coaching Marketing materials, yard signs, business cards, lockboxes Office space and team support Collaborative environment with construction and property management resources for added value to clients What You’ll Do: Engage and nurture leads provided by the team Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions Attend team training/boot camps before receiving leads Maintain licensing and REALTOR® membership in good standing Uphold high ethical and professional standards with clients and the public What We’re Looking For: Arizona real estate license in good standing Self-motivated, professional, and ready to hit the ground running Strong communication and client service skills Team player who values collaboration and growth Compensation: Commission-only structure with competitive team splits Company-generated buyer and listing side leads: 40% to agent We need someone ASAP , trained and ready to go by early October .
