Position Summary The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role serves as a key business partner to senior leadership and operational teams by developing forecasting tools, financial models, and performance analytics. The position also provides critical support for the development of costing, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting processes, and strategic initiatives. Travel to the corporate location in Rushville, IN, is required. Below is a brief overview of the responsibilities and qualifications for this position: Roles & Responsibilities Lead the annual business planning process across the departments. Prepare and manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets in collaboration with operations leaders. Maintain and update monthly financial forecasts and provide timely variances analysis versus actuals Forecast company driver and independent contractor cost including scenario modeling and analysis. Support new customer and market review efforts with financial models and sensitivity analysis. Develop and maintain cost models used across the business for pricing, budgeting and forecasting. Analyze revenue and cost to improve margin visibility and accountability. Continuously build and refine dashboards KPI’s and analytics to support strategic decisions. Collaborate with Accounting and Operations to improve financial visibility. Contribute to continual process improvement identification and procedures, KPI’s to be developed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 5+ years’ experience in FP&A, corporate finance or related roles preferably at a complex manufacturing or products / service company. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency with excel and forecasting modeling and forecasting tools. Ability to manage priorities and tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining financial concepts. MBA, CMA/CPA preferred.
