Responsible for financial leadership of the plant, maintaining financial control procedures, systems, and standards to ensure proper performance of accounting functions.
Responsibilities:

Oversee financial functions within manufacturing and distribution, including payroll, AP, purchasing, receiving, production, shipping, and inventory control

Validate accuracy of all P&L and balance sheet accounts

Maintain current control environment and ensure compliance with company policies

Safeguard company assets through cycle count programs, periodic physical inventory, and fixed asset controls

Analyze plant performance and provide recommendations to improve financial results

Support Plant Controller and Plant Manager with financial insights and reporting
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or foreign equivalent)

5+ years of professional experience in Accounting/Finance, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment

Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet application software

Experience with financial controls, audits, and compliance processes
Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting practices

Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools

Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a plant environment
Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $116,000.00 per year
