Our Reading area client is seeking a 2nd shift production supervisor to join their team! This is a long term opportunity with a local client adding to their core team!
2nd Shift Production Supervisor
Pay: $30/Hour

Shift: 2nd Shift (4pm-2am) Monday-Thursday (MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING 10 OR 12 HOUR SHIFTS)
Training Schedule: 1 st shift (6am-4pm) Monday thru Thursday (MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING 10 OR 12 HOUR SHIFTS)
Location: Reading, PA
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all employees are following safety and PPE guidelines
• Train and assist process techs, operators, and packers
• Cover production positions when employees are out
• Ensure daily audits and machine paperwork is completed correctly by employees
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience as a supervisor/manager
• 2-3 years of previous experience in plastics or manufacturing
• Must be able to speak English. Bi-lingual preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
