Overview
Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Phoebe Berks Health Care Center in Wernersville, PA is seeking its next employee-owner.
Please note that this position will be hiring for projected November 1st start date.
Responsibilities
As a Director of Rehab (Program Manager), you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.
Qualifications
• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, PT, COTA, OT, or SLP).
• Hold a valid state license.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience preferred
• At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience required
