Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that engage children in learning activities. Provide attentive care to toddlers and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth. Monitor children's behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies as needed. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning. Collaborate with fellow teachers to create an enriching educational experience for all students. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Requirements Proven experience in babysitting or caregiving roles, particularly with young children. Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred. Experience working with students in a daycare or preschool setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Strong skills in toddler care and childcare management. Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning atmosphere.
