Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through: Planning and organizing instructional methods and resources Programmatic accreditation (if applicable) Facilitating student engagement in the classroom/learning environment Working one-on-one with students Assessing students and providing developmental feedback Key Responsibilities: Teach sport management courses Develop and revise curriculum to meet program and industry standards Deliver instruction in multiple formats (in-person, hybrid) Advise and mentor students on academic and career pathways Participate in department meetings, college service, and professional development Engage with local sports organizations and industry partners to support program relevance Position Requirements: 2+ years of professional experience Master's Degree in Sports Management
