About the Opportunity:
AnthroMed Education is actively hiring Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2025–2026 school year in Reading School District. With openings across 3 elementary schools, 5 middle schools, and 1 high school, this is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to launch their school-based careers in a supportive and diverse district. We are committed to helping each Clinical Fellow find a placement aligned with their preferred age group, clinical interests, and diagnostic strengths.
What You Can Expect:
Work on-site supporting students from Kindergarten through 12th grade
Caseloads will vary depending on the site, with general numbers ranging from 50–60 students
Opportunities to work in settings with general education students, students with IEPs, and a range of speech/language needs
Hear about multiple openings and find a role that matches your desired caseload blend, school level, or location
Collaborate with experienced school staff, service providers, and fellow SLPs
Participate in a mentored Clinical Fellowship experience with direct supervision from a CCC-SLP
Requirements:
Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF) in Speech-Language Pathology
Pennsylvania Educational Specialist Certificate (or eligibility)
Pennsylvania State SLP License (or eligibility)
Passion for supporting students in a school-based setting
Compensation:
$62,000 – $78,000 annually, based on qualifications and placement
