Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Venice, FL, for a Retail Training Store Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the store team. Key tasks include training staff, driving retail sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and achieving store sales targets.

• Experience in Training and Staff Development
• Strong Store Management and Operational skills
• Proven track record in Retail Sales
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Venice, FL
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the wireless industry is a plus
