Cashier Shift Lead - First Shift
Position Summary
A cashier shift leader oversees cashier team and operations during their shift, provides excellent customer service, cash accuracy, and smooth front-end operations. This role supports the Store Manager by coordinating workflow and maintaining front-of-store standards.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Supervise cashier staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure cash accuracy in all transactions
• Provide excellent customer service example for coworkers
• Maintain retail product displays to ensure they are organized and meet quality standards
• Assist with inventory monitoring and product restocking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of wet bar and cash register areas
• Help train new staff and provide guidance during shifts
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
• 1+ years of retail or cashier experience; leadership required
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

The pay range for this position begins at $16.00 per hour and varies based on the experience of the applicant.
