Preferred Qualifications Position Summary
This position involves independent performance of administrative functions by directing the planning, organizing, and execution of the day-to-day operations of The Georgia Bulldog Club (TGBC) which oversees development, donor relations, ticket operations and ticket sales. Serves as part of the front line of customer service for all development operations and assists in ticket operation efforts. Coordinate administrative matters and special projects that flow through TGBC. Ensure compliance with NCAA, SEC and institutional rules and regulations pertaining to the area of development and ticketing.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or Competencies
Evidence of being a highly motivated, self-starter who takes proactive initiative on identifying ways to make a positive impact on the day-to-day operations of The Georgia Bulldog Club office. Effective computer skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent public relations and customer service skills. Ability to read and write business correspondence and to communicate proficiently with individuals within and outside the University by telephone and email. Ability to effectively respond to questions from a diverse constituency of donors and potential donors. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, attention to detail, and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.

Sit or stand for long periods of time; lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Driving as needed to perform job duties.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and execute the day-to-day operations of The Georgia Bulldog Club (TGBC).
• Provide administrative support to the senior leadership of TGBC, including direct support to the Executive Associate Athletic Director.
• Responsible for coordination and prioritization of the Exec Assoc AD’s calendar. Coordinate scheduling with various donors, affiliates, University leadership, external partners, etc.
• Provide support to the major gift officers and other TGBC staff including scheduling and logistics of meetings, conferences, and events.
• Ensure that senior leadership of TGBC is appropriately supported for trips: arrange travel, prepare itineraries, prepare and organize all background materials in advance. Prepare travel reimbursements in a timely manner.
• Submit expense reimbursements and vendor payments.
Percentage of time 50 Duties/Responsibilities
Manage the major gift acknowledgement process. Provide oversight of stewardship fulfillment for major gifts.
Percentage of time 10 Duties/Responsibilities
Assist with various aspects of donor relations to include special events, stewardship activities, and donor recognition.

• Assist donors in Exec Assoc AD’s portfolio with ticket and contribution payments and/or questions.

• Stay informed with a variety of information and dates to inform donors, prospects, season ticket holders, fans, etc.
