We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Tire Technician to join our team. The Tire Technician is responsible for inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires on a variety of vehicles. This role requires strong attention to safety, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
•
Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
•
Install, mount, and balance tires on passenger, light truck, and/or commercial vehicles.
•
Perform tire rotations, flat repairs, and wheel alignments (if applicable).
•
Maintain knowledge of tire products, warranties, and services offered.
•
Use proper tools and equipment safely and effectively.
•
Assist with inventory management of tires and related supplies.
•
Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
•
Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding services performed.
•
Provide excellent customer service by explaining work performed and recommending needed services.
