Job Description
Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions and to plan operational sequences. Set up, operate and tend automated assembling equipment such as robotic and fixed automation equipment. Facilitate machine alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery equipment, and materials.  Conduct cosmetic, functional inspection as per work instruction. Mark, record, and report defects. Check mechanical dimensions and perform go-no-go electrical tests. Identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies. Perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems. Collect, record, and summarize inspection results. Complete manual assembly, cleaning, testing, inspection work as per work instructions. Prepare and sort material as per work instruction, load/unload material onto machine or manual workstations. Clean and perform preparation of worksite, workstation, and machines   . Check final assembly for finish, labelling and packaging methods. Identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies. Check mechanical dimensions and perform go-no-go electrical tests. Perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts, and systems. High School diploma or equivalent. Have 9 months experience in manufacturing machine operations.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: Salary Confidential Benefits Provided: Not Available Other Benefits: Employer's standard for computing wages is a single work week. Frequency paid every 2 weeks. Employer will make all paycheck deductions required by law; Worker will be reimbursed for transportation and subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order. Subsistence refers to meals. Employer will provide or pay for the worker's cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the period; Employer will provide daily transportation to and from the worksite. Employer will reimburse the H-2B worker within the first week for all visa, processing, border crossing, and other related fees. Employer will provide, without charge or deposit, all tools, supplies, and equipment required for the job. Employer will provide “three-fourths guarantee."
