Duties and Challenges Be the financial backbone for all plant operations: purchasing, receiving, inventory, and logistics. Excel in monthly and quarterly financial forecasting to aid resource allocation. Enhance operations by resolving invoice and receipt issues. Engage in month-end closing activities, crafting precise journal entries. Implement robust inventory control and safeguard initiatives. Spearhead capital expenditure requests, ensuring optimal investment levels. Drive budgeting discussions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Set high standards for record-keeping, ensuring procedural efficiency. Deliver comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Skills Required Finance or Accounting Bachelor’s Degree. 3-5 years in finance within the manufacturing arena preferred. Expertise in business finance and analytical proficiency.
