This position is critical to Buffalo Wild Wings. Service should be provided in a manner that promotes an atmosphere where the Guests will feel compelled to return to Buffalo Wild Wings. Create an atmosphere of happiness and a sense of community. Inform guests of specials and/or promotions, answer questions and make suggestions. Uses up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance experience. Addresses guest concerns and informs manager.
