Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Interact with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible service practices. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during catering events. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling practices. Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during peak hours. Skills Previous experience in bartending or related roles in nightclubs or restaurants is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist patrons effectively. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
