Role: Desktop Support
Location: Chandler AZ

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide Tier 2 Service Desk support for end-users
• Deliver in-office technical assistance, collaborating with other IT members via mobile and onsite support
• Support and troubleshoot mobile devices, including iPhone, Android, and iPad
• Manage hardware inventory and maintain printer supplies
• Assist with escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service
• Participate in a twice-a-month on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed
Education / Experience / Requirements
• 5+ years of IT support experience with a focus on Tier 2 Service Desk responsibilities
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) administration and support
• Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
