Job Description Part-time Job Announcement
Position: Part-Time Adult Education Test Administrator
Location: All Campuses
Department: Adult Education
Reports to: Executive Director for Adult Education & Walton Campus
Salary/Benefits: Salary is commensurate with education and experience. No State of Georgia benefits.
Deadline to Apply: August 28, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as proctor during testing sessions.
• Distribute and collect testing materials.
• Process test material and test scores.
• Take required certification test and maintain certification.
• Adhere to professional practices consistent with Pearson VUE, GED Testing and Athens Technical College.
• Be available for flexible testing schedule (day, evening, Saturday).
• Work closely with Assessment & Data Specialist to address any concerns at testing site.
• Participate with annual GED graduation activities.
• Attend training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED *and* One (1) to Three (3) years of experience.
