We’re looking for a dependable Desktop Support Technician to provide on-site support at our client's Chandler office. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of IT hardware and devices, who thrives in a flexible work environment and enjoys being the go-to resource when hands-on help is needed. You’ll be stepping in as the local boots-on-the-ground support while collaborating with a remote IT team.
Position Overview
The Desktop Support Technician will serve as the on-site technical support resource for workstation equipment, mobile devices, and hardware inventory.
Responsibilities

Coordinate with remote IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues
•
Support and troubleshoot mobile devices (iPhone, Android, iPad)
•
Maintain and organize inventory of IT hardware and printer supplies
•
Ensure prompt and professional support for ad-hoc technical needs
What We’re Looking For
•
2-5 years of IT support experience
•
Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
•
Self-motivated and able to work independently when on-site
