Off‑Site Coordinator:
Acts as the brand ambassador at off-site events and fundraisers, selling products (like bundtlets), and delivering a joyful experience in community settings.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and manage off-site booths & displays at markets, fundraisers, expos, etc.
• Deliver and arrange cakes and marketing materials.
• Engage guests, serve samples, handle sales or lead capture.
• Maintain vehicle and product quality during transport.
• Communicate inventory and event needs back to the bakery team.
Requirements & Skills
• Outgoing, energetic personality with strong customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; comfortable with driving and setup logistics.
• Ability to lift around 40–50 lbs; flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays) .
• Organized, punctual, able to work independently.
Compensation & Culture
• Wage is $14/hour
