CRNA Job Details
• Job Title: Locum Tenens Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Location: Reading, Pennsylvania
• Start Date: October 6, 2025
• Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts weekly, Monday–Friday (full-time, 3–4 weeks/month)
• Setting: Hospital-based, inpatient and outpatient surgical care
• Supervision: Anesthesiologist-supervised CRNA role
• Call: No nights or weekends (work-life balance)
• Shift Duration: 10-hour shifts
CRNA Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in hospital or acute care settings
• Full-time availability (3–4 weeks per month)
• Expertise in anesthesia care for all ages, including healthy pediatric patients
• Proficiency in a wide range of anesthesia techniques and surgical cases
CRNA Responsibilities
• Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures, including:
• Cardiac (excluding open heart), mitral clips, Watchman procedures
• Neurosurgical (head and spine)
• Complex vascular, orthopedic, and thoracic (except open heart)
• Healthy pediatric anesthesia (no OB)
• Regional, spinal, and epidural anesthesia
• Pain management and post-operative blocks
• Central and arterial line placement, ventilation management
• Acute volume and blood pressure management
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, anesthesia technicians, and clinical support staff
• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in both inpatient and outpatient healthcare settings
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
