Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our production lines. This role involves maintaining and repairing all plant machinery and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency. It also includes preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, requiring a hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities • Understand each production line and its operation, being able to run each station.
• Examine, test, maintain, and repair plant machinery and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations, which may include designing and fabricating parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment by reading and interpreting equipment manuals.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and make necessary adjustments.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment using various tools.
• Set up and change over the tooling on machines.
• Record and log maintenance repairs and inspections, communicating all actions, irregularities, repairs, and inspections.
• Understand and comply with LOTO procedures.
• Comply with plant rules and safety regulations.

• Capability to lift up to 20 lbs. 67-100% of the time, 21-50 lbs. 34-66% of the time, and 51-100 lbs. 1-33% of the time.
• Experience with pushing/pulling up to 25 lbs. 34-66% of the time, and 26-40 lbs. 67-100% of the time.
• Comfortable climbing or crawling 1-33% of the time.
• Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, and reach above the shoulders 34-66% of the time.
• Proficient in handling small items and using small hand and power tools or a forceful grip 34-66% of the time.
• Effective English communication skills for safety around machinery, forklifts, and hi-lifts.

Work Environment The work environment requires wearing steel toe shoes, safety glasses, and ear protection. Gloves and masks/respirators are needed as required. You will use personal tools, including metric wrenches, a multi-meter, various drivers, and a flashlight. The role involves a hands-on approach with frequent interaction with machinery.
Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Douglassville, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
