Description
The Mental Health Intake Specialist provides telephone and data collection support for admissions to mental health programs and referral information to in-house and outside resources. Handles and directs calls and website requests from referral sources and the general public. Updates and maintains database and generates reports. Assists lead marketing specialist and marketing director as necessary.

Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Sociology, English, Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related fieldRequired Experience: Exceptional verbal, written, and telephone communication skills. Computer skills in various software programs designated by department head. Equipment knowledge of computers, printers, fax machines, copiers, and telephones
