Overview
Provides leadership of PEO key initiatives including but not limited to System and Process Management, Knowledge Management, PEO Year End Process and continuous process improvement. Is responsible for initiative prioritization and execution of improvement initiatives across the PEO.
Responsibilities
• Partners with extended Paychex business units to prioritize resources and drive the delivery of key PEO Initiatives focused on alignment of Knowledge, Systems and Process across PEO platforms, while driving measurable improvements in client service, and operational efficiencies.
• Leads cross functional program management team on efforts driving measureable improvements to processes and procedures. Both presentation and instruction capabilities are required, as well as communication and group facilitation.
• Creates and manages PEO initiative prioritization database and ranking.
• Creates and reports performance tracking metrics for ongoing PEO Initiative Delivery team, with emphasis on critical success factors of each effort.
• Drives innovation in the PEO by partnering with multiple business groups in the organization to ensure new programs onboarded remain reflective of clients needs and Paychex strategy.
• Maintains oversight of all active initiatives to ensure successful implementation and identifies any future needs.
• Sizes projects through the estimation of time and resources needed, and coordinates assignment of project assignments.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business - Preferred
• 7 years of experience in Excellent communication skills - proven track record of these skills through a large initiative implementation.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay for this position is $102,000-146,55. Please keep in mind that this is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
