*PRIMARY FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:*
• Perform service in both routine and emergency medical situations involving students
• and employees as instructed via training by the school nurse. This will include
• contacting parents in the event the student is to be taken home or for treatment.
• In emergency situations to arrange for or transport the patient for medical treatment.
• To perform clerical duties assigned by the school nurse.
• To administer medication to students following school district procedures.
• To assist during the administration of annual physical/dental examinations.
• To administer routine auditory and visual examinations, weighing and measuring
• students, and similar duties as requested by the nurse.
• To perform clerical and other duties unrelated to the health room as assigned by the building principal.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.50 per hour
