Supervise and train student workers. Provide administrative support for faculty, including travel arrangements, inventory control, purchasing, budget and marketing. Assist Public History Director with New London projects, recruitment events, Phi Alpha Theta travel and book sale. Experience with social media platforms needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge of computer and software programs, including Canvas. Good telephone etiquette. Welcoming attitude. Organizational skills. Self-starter, work with minimum supervision. Ability to work with students, staff, faculty, and other offices within the University. Must have office work experience. Customer service/accounting experience helpful.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, administration, or marketing.
