Physician (MD/DO)
This position involves working 30+ hours weekly across multiple primary care sites in South Carolina, focusing on community-based, family-centered care.
• Design and implement integrated primary care models emphasizing prevention, health maintenance, education, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve health outcomes and promote wellness within diverse populations.
• Build strong patient relationships through effective communication, demonstrating a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Requirements include graduation from an accredited medical school, completion of a family medicine residency, active South Carolina medical license, and board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine/Pediatrics.
• Skills needed are clinical expertise, effective communication, critical thinking, confidentiality, and detail-oriented decision-making.
• Physical demands involve talking, hearing, sitting, and occasional standing or walking, with moderate exposure to bloodborne pathogens and computer use.
