Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Offers support to the Program Director of the STEP with Links program and students.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Assist STEP Director in performing specific duties as assigned.
* Provide programmed practice activities and repetitions as developed by director.
* Guide independent study and other work assigned by the director.
* Report student problems to the director and assists with student problems.
* Supervise students during unstructured time during transitions.
* Assist in establishing and maintaining standards of student behavior.
* Assist in implementing all policies and rules governing student life and conduct.
* Help maintain order in the classroom; monitors students to keep them on task.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY * None TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS * Minimum WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS This is a part-time position which includes meeting after school one day per week from 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
