HVAC Field Coordinator
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 annually + Bonus
Location: Reading, PA Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and organized Plumbing/HVAC Field Coordinator to oversee field operations, manage project planning, and coordinate manpower. This position plays a key role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and schedule field personnel across multiple job sites
• Plan and manage daily tasks for Plumbing and HVAC projects
• Oversee procurement and timely delivery of materials
• Manage inspections and required documentation
• Assist with on-site installations as needed
• Ensure smooth project workflow and communication between teams
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the plumbing and/or HVAC trade
• Active Journeyman's License (Plumbing or HVAC)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities
