We’re looking for driven, coachable, and resourceful individuals to join our Acquisitions Team and help us scale to the next level.
Your Mission
As an Acquisition Specialist , your job is to build rapport with motivated sellers , understand their situation, and negotiate win-win contracts — whether it’s a cash offer, creative terms, or a hybrid structure. You’ll be on the frontlines of every deal, working closely with our Dispositions and Transaction Coordination teams to bring profitable deals to the finish line .
What You’ll Be Doing
• Calling and texting cold and warm seller leads daily.
• Uncovering seller motivation, timeline, property condition, and financials
• Running comps and determining max allowable offers (MAO) with support
• Making cash and creative offers (Sub-To, Seller Finance, Novation, etc.)
• Following up relentlessly with pipeline leads using CRM tools
• Locking up contracts over the phone or in-person (as needed)
• Working closely with our team to hand off deals for closing and disposition
Who You Are
• Hungry and self-motivated — you live for commission and performance bonuses
• Confident and persuasive communicator — you know how to ask the right questions and overcome objections
• Comfortable with numbers, creative deal structuring, and learning new strategies
• Prior sales or real estate experience is a plus (but we will train the right person)
• Fast learner, tech-savvy, and can follow systems and scripts with your own flair

Experience (Nice to Have, But Not Required)
• 1+ year in real estate, wholesaling, or inside sales
• Understanding of creative finance (Sub-To, Seller Finance, Lease Options)
• Familiarity with sales frameworks (NEPQ, Sandler, or similar)
