Your Role
Commercial Leadership and Support
• Implement and drive strategic direction for North America biopharma vertical
• Carryout customer site visits with team members, Sales and Regulatory persons if required to ensure all commercial opportunities are sufficiently supported.
• Identify training needs and develop training resources for the wider Brenntag group in collaboration with relevant departments
Value Added Service Infrastructure Management
• Build and maintain the Value Added Services (Biopharma) business strategy and plan. Set objectives, key KPIs, prioritize, delegate, and monitor work to ensure the optimization of resources to deliver first-class service to customers both internally and externally.
• Conduct strategic overview of our key product and service offerings. Ensure alignment of market opportunities and customer needs with our internal capabilities as well as external partnerships
• Assess all Brenntag and 3rd party sites to identify optimal sites, ensure project compliance and that all customer metrics are met.
• Oversee strategic biopharma projects and supplier approval processes ensuring product quality and compliance is met
Portfolio and Market Analysis
• Work cross functionally and globally to support and execute on global biopharma portfolio strategies.
• Conduct detailed market assessments, including pricing, positioning, and sales performance, to optimize global strategy and positioning of portfolio.
• Drive innovation by identifying unmet needs with customers and connecting with our internal manufacturing and R&D network to position and leverage our internal capabilities.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to inform portfolio decisions.
• Conduct detailed market assessments, including pricing, positioning, and sales performance, to optimize local and global strategy and position

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within NA

Education & Experience
• Degree in Science or equivalent
• Minimum of 15 years of professional and leadership experience with at least 5 years within the biopharma industry
