**Job Description: Med Surg Oncology RN - 12H Nights**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Med Surg Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) for a 12-hour night shift position. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
**Position Highlights:**
- **Shift**: 12-hour night shifts with assignments ending on Saturday.
- **Orientations**: Held every other week on Mondays.
- **Weekend Commitment**: Required to work 2-3 weekends per month based on unit needs.
- **Start Dates**: Available positions with start dates on 9/8 and 9/22.
- **Cancellation Policy**: Please note that assignments may be canceled by the client up to 36 hours prior due to census changes.
**Required Qualifications:**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med Surg Oncology or relevant specialty.
- **Certifications**:
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- **Travel Experience**: Previous travel nursing experience is required.
- **Technical Skills**: Cerner experience is preferred.
- **License**: An active Virginia or Compact nursing license is required at the time of submission.
- **Availability**: All requests for time off (RTO) should be included in the application packet.

**Additional Information**:
- No chemotherapy certification is required.
