What We’re Looking For:
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to use a ruler accurately
• Willingness to learn bindery machine setup and troubleshooting
• Alert, focused, and able to follow multi-step processes with precision
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in a loud environment with ear protection throughout the shift
