Production Manager
Job Responsibilities
The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful running of all university and off campus events. In the absence of the Director, will supervises the full-time workers and student workers in the Special Events office and ensures completion of work.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
A high school diploma and experience or additional education in the production of theatrical events, sporting events, and live and recorded broadcasting events. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics.
Additional Comments
Must have working knowledge of theatrical lighting, sound systems and video presentation systems. Skills in areas of theatrical carpentry, computer systems are needed. Must be able to handle event setups and be able to work evening and weekend hours. Ability to work well and in harmony with peers, subordinates, professional artists, faculty, staff, and students, by communicating effectively and using good judgment and initiative.
