Description
The Behavioral Health House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all inpatient behavioral health operations. The supervisor provides support to staff, coordinates admissions and discharges, manages real-time staffing, and facilitates patient flow. The role also serves as the lead responder for emergency situations, patient and visitor concerns, and staffing issues, promoting a therapeutic and safe care environment.

Required Qualifications:Minimum three (3) years of clinical nursing experience requiredHold a current, active license as a registered nurse in Virginia or hold a current multistate licensure privilege as a registered nurseBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) requiredCandidates actively pursuing BSN with a defined completion date may be consideredCPI required within 30 daysBasic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association, requiredPreferred Qualifications:Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing preferredPrevious leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
