Provide support as directed by designated supervisor.
1. Academic Enhancement of Club Sports student-athletes
• Directly supervise study hall on a daily basis
• Pass on rules and expectations to students and have them sign the study hall expectations
• Challenge student-athletes to achieve academic goals
• Provide and facilitate a healthy and effective study space for student-athletes
2. Serve in a capacity that supports the needs of the department
• Ensure students follow rules in study hall
• Maintain awareness of the room and communicate issues effectively to the correct people
• Update students on their hours and assist with any questions.
3. Communicate with and provide support to coaches/Student-athletes as needed
4. Assigned duties from supervisor(s)
5. Remains abreast of existing and emerging technologies, processes, products, services, and leading industry performance benchmarks.
6. Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU's mission
