Salary: $17-$20/hour
1st and 3rd shifts available.
Pay is based on experience.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education in CNC machining is a plus.
• MUST have experience with Calipers and Gauges!
• Proven experience as a CNC Operator.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and programming CNC machines.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of tooling.
• Familiarity with measuring tools and commitment to safety.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts from engineering specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, load materials, and program machines using G-code.
• Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and conduct quality checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform routine machine maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
