Description
Supervise and coordinate schedule for the group ensuring proper distribution of assignments, adequate staffing, space, and facilities for subsequent performance of duties. Maintain competencies for a variety of complex specialized procedures including but not limited to electroencephalograph, evoked potential, epilepsy monitoring, and nerve conduction studies. Coordinate, develop, and implement departmental policies and procedures. Maintain liaison with medical, nursing, and other hospital personnel. Assist in the evaluation of capital purchases and lab supplies. Researches and revises improvements to existing services Collaborates with other clinical and non-clinical entities in providing the service Utilizes the performance improvement process to identify opportunities to improve outcomes in clinical effectiveness, clinical practice, service operations and standards Insures the cost-effective use of equipment, supplies, and personnel necessary to deliver services. Assist in determining fiscal requirements and preparing budgetary recommendations; monitor, verify and reconcile expenditure of budgeted funds. Collaborates with service line leadership in the development and management of the budget and is accountable for the financial performance surrounding the management of services. Serves as a liaison and resource to staff and attending physicians for equipment used in daily operations. Train and instruct personnel on technical procedures performed in the department. Perform various personnel actions including, but not limited to, hiring, performance appraisals, promotions, disciplinary actions, and vacation schedules. Assist with the departmental accreditation process. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Responsibilities
Lead efforts to integrate data from disparate sources (EMR) into an Enterprise Data Warehouse solution to meet Enterprise data analytics needs
Work with various business stakeholders to identify their data needs and undertake work towards developing data repositories to meet their needs
Manage, Train and delegate workload to team members to ensure maximum operational efficiency and improve service levels
Oversee change management activities around Data Warehouse and ETL development
Provide documentation for all developed ETL Processes, including process flow and source and target mapping
Develop, adhere to and be a proponent for Data Warehouse development standards, including ETL standards, data quality checks and best practices
Conduct ETL Code Reviews, performance tuning and troubleshooting
Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies and procedures as they relate to data security and patient privacy
Educate business users and team members on data integration best practices
Work with Manager of Business Data Solutions to ensure project / task priorities are followed and project milestones are met.

Education required: High School diploma or equivalentExperience required: 5 years of Neurodiagnostic experience Certification required: ABRET certification
