Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Account Manager role that is hybrid, located in Lynchburg, VA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating new leads, and providing high-quality customer service. Daily tasks will include communicating with clients, developing account strategies, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
• Excellent Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Account Management skills
• Strong Lead Generation and Communication skills
• Proven track record in sales and account management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with digital asset management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous Industrial Sales Experience is a plus
