Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Marion, IN, for a Superintendent at The Ridge Group. The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, scheduling, safety compliance, quality control, and liaising with clients and project managers to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
• Experience in construction management, project scheduling, and quality control
• Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in construction
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with various stakeholders
• Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and cost control
• Committed to on-site presence and active role in daily operations
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience in underground fueling systems, multifamily, and general contracting is a plus
