IT Services Manager – Job Summary
An experienced IT leader is sought to manage IT services within a manufacturing environment. This full-time role combines technical knowledge with leadership, project management, and cybersecurity expertise. The role supports enterprise IT systems across engineering, manufacturing, and operations functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation and management of Manufacturing Execution Systems (e.g., Apriso)
• Oversee engineering systems (e.g., Windchill, Creo, Catia ENOVIA) across multiple teams
• Develop and execute project management frameworks and oversee IT projects
• Direct cybersecurity initiatives, including audits and policy development
• Collaborate with affiliates and departments to align IT services with organizational needs
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of IT experience in manufacturing environments
• 10–15 years of management or leadership experience
• Proficient in IT infrastructure, MES, ERP (SAP preferred), PLM, and cybersecurity (e.g., NIST standards)
• Skilled in project management, business operations alignment, and cross-functional communication
